As the founder of M+J Woodcrafts, I am pleased to announce two important leadership changes that will shape the future of our company.

I’m pleased to announce, my daughter, Meagan Williams, is stepping into the role as President and Gianni Infanti has been appointed Vice President. I will remain actively involved with M+J, continuing to support the team and contribute to our company’s growth and success.
Over the past five years, Meagan and Gianni have worked closely together to strengthen our company, and I am confident that they will continue to lead M+J into its next chapter of growth and success.

After leading M+J Woodcrafts for over four decades, I am incredibly proud of the foundation we’ve built and the values we’ve upheld. Meagan’s dedication to our mission since joining in 2007, along with her vision for the future, makes her the ideal person to carry the company forward. Her leadership, deep understanding of our values, and unwavering commitment to excellence will ensure that M+J continues to thrive in the years to come.
I have complete confidence in Meagan’s ability to lead with the same passion and integrity that have guided us since the company’s founding. As she takes on this new role, I know that she will build on the strong legacy we’ve established and drive M+J to even greater success.
